Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents.

Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch). All forms must be scanned and uploaded in PDF format to GO Dropbox

Reminder of NCCP Certifications (as per GymCan Directive): All registered coaches must be certified NCCP Level 3 Certified or NCCP Competition 3 Certified Rhythmic Gymnastics to gain access to the competition floor.

Tracksuit:

All athletes, coaches, and support staff MUST wear Team Ontario jackets or National Team jackets. Club uniform is NOT allowed!

Track Jacket ($65 + HST) Sizing Chart

It is recommend the include track jacket order on same same invoice as athlete or coach registration.

All ATHLETES will receive a Gymnastics Ontario hoodie as part of the Canadians registration.
Note: the G.O. hoodie does not replace the Team Ontario Track Jacket!

Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.

  **Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) with tracksuit jacket.
